For domestic customers, returns postmarked within 10 days of the invoice date are accepted for full refund or Rio Grande credit based on the invoice price. Returns postmarked more than 10 days after the invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and are accepted for Rio Grande credit only.


For international customers, returns postmarked within 45 days of the invoice date are accepted for full refund or Rio Grande credit based on the invoice price. Returns postmarked more than 45 days after the invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and are accepted for Rio Grande credit only.
