By clicking on the 'My Account' at the top of the website, you can check the status of your order(s). From there, select 'order history' to find the invoice you want to check on. The tracking number (if available) will be shown with each order. Use this number to check with the carrier on the status of your order.

Please note: Packages shipped by Economy Mail can take 10 or more business days to arrive. If your tracking information shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, contact your local post office with the tracking number to inquire about it. If the post office is unable to locate your package, please contact us at info@riogrande.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
