1. On the upper right hand side of the homepage, click the My Account button.

  2. Sign in using your current user name and password. 

  3. Submit your email address in the pop-up form. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password. 

    • If you do not receive this email, please check your junk and clutter folders for an email from webmail@riogrande.com. If you still do not receive an email from us, please call us at 800-545-6566. You can also follow these instructions to add us to your trusted sender list so you receive our emails in the future.

  4. Copy the temporary password in the email using Ctrl+C and click the log-in link to be redirected to the log-in page.



  5. Enter your user name and paste the temporary password into the password field using Ctrl+V. Click Sign In. 

  6. You will be directed to a window where you can enter a new password. For added security, you will need to enter your new password twice in this window. The user name and temporary password fields will be pre-populated; please do not changed these.

  7. You will be able to access your account information and order history at this point.
