Rio Grande stands by its products with a free returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, return it. We will handle your return upon receipt within 5 business days.

We do not accept returns postmarked more than 180 days after the invoice date.
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the 30-day warranty period or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.
Hazardous items, special-order items, custom-made items, physically altered items and partially used packages are not returnable.
Subject to Department of Transportation rules and regulations, Rio Grande cannot accept or process returns for hazardous materials. When we receive returns containing hazardous material, a specialist properly disposes of the material and no refund is processed.
Precious metal milled materials, casting grain and precious metal clay
For returns postmarked within 10 days of the invoice date, we will refund the invoice price by the original method of payment. For returns postmarked more than 10 days after the invoice date, we will also charge a 15% restocking fee.
Findings, tools, equipment and display items
For returns postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date, we will refund the invoice price by the original method of payment. For returns postmarked more than 30 days after the invoice date, we will also charge a 10% restocking fee.
Please report any defects or quality issues within two weeks of receipt of your Impressions™ items, and we will issue a full refund, a product replacement or a discount on the affected items (depending on your preference).
