Rio Grande stands by its products with a generous returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, return it within 45 days. We will handle your return upon receipt within 5 business days.
International Returns Guidelines:
Returns from international addresses are not eligible for our Free Returns service.
We cannot refund international shipping charges, duties or taxes.
We do not accept returns postmarked more than 180 days after the invoice date.
Hazardous items, special-order items, custom-made items, physically altered items and partially used packages are not returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the 45-day warranty period or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.
Please always contact us prior to returning an item from an international address.

Subject to Department of Transportation rules and regulations, Rio Grande cannot accept or process returns for hazardous materials. When we receive returns containing hazardous material, a specialist properly disposes of the material and no refund is processed.
Precious metal, milled materials, casting grain and precious metal clay
For returns postmarked within 45 days of the invoice date, we will refund the invoice price by the original method of payment. For returns postmarked more than 45 days after the invoice date, we will also charge a 15% restocking fee.
Findings, tools, equipment and display items
For returns postmarked within 45 days of the invoice date, we will refund the invoice price by the original method of payment. For returns postmarked more than 45 days after the invoice date, we will also charge a 10% restocking fee.
Please report any defects or quality issues within two weeks of receipt of your Impressions™ items, and we will issue a full refund, a product replacement or a discount on the affected items (depending on your preference). Email email@example.com or call 800.545.6566 and ask to speak with the Impressions Department to report the issue.
